Orissa Stevedores Limited operates a port terminal ICTPL Pvt Ltd, West Quay-6 (WQ-6) terminal in the Northern Arm of the Inner Harbour at Visakhapatnam Port, focusing on handling dry bulk cargo through a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) model. This initiative, under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangement, aims to enhance the terminal's capacity to handle approximately 5.18 million metric tons per annum (MTPA) of dry bulk cargo.
